Return Policy
Unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days with a receipt. If receipt is not available, store credit will be issued.
Plants are examined upon arrival and during their care at UFG and do not come with a guarantee. Plants in resellable condition may be exchanged for store credit at the discretion of our nursery staff within one week of purchase.
The following pet items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days with a receipt: unused, undamaged toys/clothing/accessories in original packaging; unopened pet food/treats; opened dry food/treats. If receipt is not available, store credit will be issued.
